1-2-1 Coaching

What’s included:

  • A personal onboarding call so you feel confident, excited and fully ready to start your programme. This will include values based goal setting and mapping out your journey, for continued motivation. You can ask any questions – the most important thing is that you feel ready and empowered!
  • A monthly 45 minute 1-2-1 Zoom CBT focused coaching call, where we can intensively focus on addressing those underlying issues, problem solving and you can speak freely to me about anything you’re struggling with. You’ll be given practical tools and techniques that you can begin to implement right away. Much like other forms of therapy, speaking face to face is a fantastic support for most clients and really speeds up the entire process.
  • Priority Whatsapp support with Zoom/ Facetime calls available whenever you wish
  • A Weekly 1-2-1 45 minute Zoom Personal Training Session – if you struggle currently with making the time to exercise or find it easy to keep putting it off, this will fix that! You will also get a workout completely tailored to you and your ability level (as well as your goal) and leave each session feeling energised and empowered.
  • A Personalised, lifestyle focused Nutritional programme with weekly example meal ideas & shopping list. We will focus on removing food labels, giving permission to eat all foods, removing food guilt and improving your relationship with food tenfold.
  • 24/7 support & accountability including weekends – your food diary will be checked daily, you’ll receive feedback on any training you’ve completed and I will check in each day to see how you are, all via your own personal app. We’ll address any challenges as they arise and prevent anything that will stall your progress – anything YOU need to help you! Along with a weekly progress check in with video feedback directly to you, to help you stay more accountable and give you clear insight and direction on what needs to be your focus going forward.
  • Mindset focused coaching – You’ll be given specific tools and techniques to help understand and overcome emotional eating, curb mindless snacking and over eating, cultivate self esteem and improve body image. set goals that align with your core values for continued motivation and purpose. This can include values and alignment work, reflective exercises, STOPP technique, IF/Thens, time management, reframing, mindfulness, breathwork, somatics, visualisation, removing black and white thinking, etc. This will be dependant on the client and tailored to their specific needs.
  • Personalised training programme (home or gym) with access to an additional 2000 on demand workouts & brand new workouts weekly plus video technique feedback and assessment.
  • Weekly LIVE Guided meditation & stretch session via Zoom, focusing on self compassion, body image and motivation. Become more mindful and connected with yourself, de stress and feel lighter!(Mindfulness is linked to a better relationship with food & body image!)
  • Group WhatsApp to connect with others on a similar journey and gain even more support!
  • Daily motivational affirmations and weekly 3 Minute Mindset videos to compliment your programme, understand the psychology around food/body image and gain more self awareness.
